Jollof Hut

Jollof Hut DXB was founded in 2022, as a concept for Global Village Season 27. It became the first African food Kiosk in Global Village and presented a showcase of West African cuisine to an international market. Their cuisine is a blend of West African flavors, curated into popular dishes known in West Africa such as jollof rice, rice and beans (waakye), fried plantain (kelewele), hibiscus drink (sobolo) soups and stews.

Each meal is made with love using authentic ingredients from Ghana and West Africa.
